Are all these features included, or do some cost extra?
Almost everything is included in the plan price. The main paid add-ons are the long-term recording vault and the AI receptionist — and we tell you up front which is which. No surprise per-feature billing.
Which plan do I need for IVR, queues and the wallboard?
Those come with the Business plan ($29/user). Lite ($19) covers calls, softphone and voicemail; Teams Calling ($39) adds Microsoft Teams Direct Routing on top of Business.
Can I use my own handsets?
Yes. Any standard SIP handset works — Yealink, Snom, Polycom, Cisco — or skip the desk phone entirely and use the free mobile and desktop apps.
Is call recording compliant for my industry?
Recording supports per-user, per-queue or per-DID rules, 90- or 180-day retention, pause-for-PCI, and a long-term vault add-on for legal and healthcare record-keeping.
Do you integrate with my CRM or accounting software?
Yes — screen-pop for HubSpot and Pipedrive, a Xero call-billing export, ServiceM8 and Tradify links for field service, plus webhooks and a REST API for everything else.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API and webhooks let you automate provisioning, pull call data and trigger your own workflows.
