Desk warrior
DECT wireless (WH62, Jabra Engage 65) — roam up to 100m from the desk and still take the call.
Laptop nomad
USB-C (UH36) or Bluetooth (BH72) — plug-and-go clarity for softphone and video calls.
On the road
Bluetooth ANC (Poly Voyager, BH72) — cut out the cafe, the car and the open-plan office.
What separates a headset from a toy.
The difference between “you sound great” and “sorry, can you repeat that” comes down to a few specs.
Noise-cancelling mic (ENC)
A boom mic with environmental noise cancellation so the caller hears you, not the office.
Wideband HD voice
Wideband audio makes voices fuller and easier to understand on long calls.
Busylight
A visible busy indicator stops colleagues walking up mid-call. Small thing, big difference open-plan.
Comfortable for the wearer, easy for the boss.
All-day comfort
Light frames and replaceable leatherette or foam cushions for staff who wear them eight hours a day.
Hot-desk hygiene
Swappable ear cushions and wipe-down builds for shared seats and shift work.

Headset questions, answered.
DECT, USB or Bluetooth — which should I choose?
DECT (WH62, Jabra Engage 65) gives up to 100m of wireless roam for desk-bound staff. USB-C (UH36) is the cheapest plug-and-go for a fixed softphone seat. Bluetooth (BH72, Poly Voyager) suits people moving between laptop, mobile and desk.
Are they certified for Microsoft Teams?
Yes — the UH36, BH72 and Poly Voyager are Microsoft Teams certified, and every model works with our desk phones and softphone apps.
How long does a wireless headset last per charge?
Between 13 and 35 hours of talk time depending on the model — comfortably a full day, often several, on a single charge.
Will the headset work with my existing desk phone?
The Yealink WH62 quick-connects to T44W/T54W handsets, and the USB and Bluetooth models work with any softphone or laptop. Tell us your handset and we’ll confirm the match.
Need a hand choosing?
