Does it integrate with Xero or MYOB?

Inbound calls ring with the client’s name and current job status pulled from your accounting software, and you can tag a call to a job for billable-time entry. Deeper auto-popping of the client file is available via a lightweight bridge — ask us for a quote.

Is the call recording compliant with TPB record-keeping?

Yes. Recordings are encrypted at rest, stored onshore in tier-1 Sydney/Melbourne data centres, retained for 7 years and accessible only to authorised partners — built to meet the TPB record-keeping requirements out of the box.

Can we record partner lines but not reception?

Yes. Recording is set per user and per DID, so you can have partners always-on, advisers on-demand and reception never. You set the policy in the admin.

Do we need Microsoft 365 to use Teams calling?

You need Microsoft 365 with a Teams Phone licence. We set up Direct Routing for you at no charge so you can make and receive real PSTN calls from the native Teams dial pad.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month on 30 days notice, and you own any handsets outright — no Grenke lease, no 60-month balloon.

Will our existing number port across?

Yes — 99% of Australian landlines and 1300/1800 numbers port to IppyComms in 5–10 business days, and we coordinate the cutover so there’s no downtime.
