FAQ

Wallboard questions.

Do I need the hardware kit, or can I use my own screen?
Either. Run the pre-configured Pi kit, cast from a browser, or just full-screen the wallboard on any existing PC and TV.
Is there a monthly fee for the wallboard?
No — the wallboard is included with your plan. The Pi kit is a one-off $249 if you want plug-and-play hardware.
How real-time is it?
It refreshes about every 2 seconds, so the queue and agent tiles reflect what’s happening on the phones right now.
Can I set my own alert thresholds?
Yes. Tiles flash amber and red when queue length or wait time crosses the thresholds you set.
What size TV does it support?
Tested on business TVs up to 60″ from Samsung, LG and Philips. It scales to the screen.
Can I show more than one queue or site?
Yes. Filter by queue, team or site, or rotate multiple views on the one screen.
